HDCA Board Elects New Officers
March 16, 2011, Chelan, Washington – The Historic Downtown Chelan Association (HDCA) today announced newly elected officers for the 2011—2012 Board of Directors. These four new officers were elected today during the monthly Board Meeting and assume the duties of their post immediately:

 President—Nick Pascoe (Bear Foods)
 Vice President—Larry Day (Coldwell Banker Lake Chelan Properties)
 Secretary—Jean Ashby (Whaley’s General Store)
 Treasurer—Ray Dobbs (Dobbs, LLC)

In addition to the officers, the HDCA Board of Directors is comprised of: Terrie Holm-Nielson (outgoing Presi-dent); Robyn Skaar (outgoing Secretary); Teresa Farrell; Skip Morehouse; Jim Reinbold; Kris Nolen; and Lynda Kennedy. The Board of Directors manages, sets policy and oversees the management of HDCA affairs.

During today’s meeting the HDCA Board also introduced 2011-2012 Committee Chairs:

 Design Committee—Terrie Holm-Nielson (Columbia Furniture)
 Organization Committee—Barb Wadkins (Lake Chelan Sports)
 Promotion Committee—Jean Ashby (Whaley’s General Store)
 Economic Restructuring—Teresa Farrell (Bear Foods)
